Partner Alliance Manager
ArcESB is searching for a dedicated Partner Alliance Manager to grow and maintain strategic partnerships across our rapidly expanding network of application, data source, ISV, and technology partners. A successful candidate will work with partners to drive strategic marketing initiative and will coordinate cross-functional activities with internal teams across sales, marketing, legal and engineering. As a Partner Alliance Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the leading technology firms in data, and will develop mutually beneficial relationships around cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day to day relationship and activities of the alliance; direct the alliance management, alliance enablement, alliance pipeline, solution development, sales as well as the direction of alliance marketing resources
- Manage the firm's participation in the alliance partner's formal program including training, certifications, awards, software usage rights, opportunity registration, conferences, and joint marketing
- Oversee the partner launch and drive the enablement of the alliance including completing the joint offerings, developing sales kits, training, and marketing and communications plans.
- Provide stakeholder with updates on the alliances partner's organization and manage the firm's alliance relationship mapping
Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years of experience in services or consultative business development.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Demonstrated success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships
- Strong networking and influence management skills that translate into building commitment and driving actions across organizational boundaries
- Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and track record of delivering results
Preferred but not required:
- A software / technology background with programming or scripting experience
- Previous experience working with Developer Relations or Developer Advocacy
