OEM Sales Engineer
We are seeking a technical support engineer to help assist with addressing technical concerns for our large OEM customers. This position requires exceptional technical skills and an ability to think on your feet. Excellent written and verbal skills are mandatory as you will be required to assist highly technical customers in live web meetings and through email. This position requires a bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, etc.) and 5+ years of industry experience in a technical field or a master's degree.
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience
- Provide sales support during customer evaluation and continue to assist any technical concerns during the OEM partnership
- 5+ years in a related technical field or a master's in a STEM field
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to learn quickly and to understand our products, customers, and the data provider market at a deep technical level
- Adept programming and debugging skills; C# and Java
